Your role

• Managing the administration of Vehicle test drives.

• Managing customer experience during all customer interaction.

• Interacting with customers in the showroom.

• Supporting the sales teams with vehicle handovers.

• Supporting sales teams with projects/initiatives.

• Deal appropriately with all levels of communication (both internal and external) to ensure it is timely, effective and presents the best possible image of Park Lane

• Support and coordinate any ad hoc business requirements for Park Lane.

Full UK Driving license is required.

Working Hours

• 42.5 Hrs per week, 8.30am - 18.00pm.

• 25 Days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
