Our experience has been and continues to be exceptionally poor. Our car was kept for over 6 weeks, we were promised regular updates which we had to chase, we have our car back now with damage which we believe was caused when the car was with BMW.

Informed I should come and collect car. Arrived at Park Royal (45 min journey). Told on arrival the team had lost my keys. I waited for an hour and was told to go home and they would call the next day. Seems the security protocols are very lax.

Linda was amazing, she gave me updates about my car and also managed to help book in another one of my cars. I've had bad experience with BMW service reps in the past but Linda was the complete opposite.

I scored 3/5 as the service was satisfactory, but the complimentary wash and dry was below standard. The car was not properly cleaned, and the plastic seat cover was left on the driver's seat, suggesting a missed final quality check.

The vehicle was dealt with very promptly which was much appreciated as I had to wait for the service and MOT to be carried out and didn't fancy a second breakfast at the local cafe to which I had adjourned!

My car suffered damage to the rear bumper while it was undergoing the service. At the time I asked when this was going to be repaired and was told I would be contacted the next day, but this did not happen. Still no word from the Centre after 12 days

The recent closure of other BMW Service Centres has created pressure on the service at this branch unacceptably. The queue to drop off my car was unacceptable. Everything was pressured. Not the fault of the excellent staff.

Nicki and Alvin continue to provide a peerless service with both a quick turnaround and timely updates throughout. But Mercedes provide a new bottle of washer fluid after each service and complimentary annual breakdown cover. Come on BMW.
