I am sure the service was ok but I asked for my wiper blades to be replaced and this didn't happen. Front ones replaced but back one forgotten. When challenged it was clear it had been missed but I got hurried out of stock excuse

2 reasons: It's IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone. Emails and voicemails are never returned. You have one number which leaves you on hold for over 30 minutes. My car was returned to me without the main problem being fixed.

Disappointed! I had a while you wait service and MOT booked when a warning light came on. I called and asked for a remote diagnosis. I was told it was a diesel sensor. I asked for this to be repaired during the service. Arrived and told 3.5 to 4 hrs
