From the first contact with Mon, who had taken over from my previous sales advisor, I found him to be extremely helpful and completely professional. He was happy to help whenever he could and provided excellent advice when asked.

Very good in every area except the "factory-fitted' tracker. There was a complete lack of knowledge about the exact type of tracker fitted and how it worked (I was mis-informed) and set it up.

Early sales process wasn't great. Lack of communication. Jack Rudge was assigned as my sales rep in the New Year at Park Lane. He was super helpful. Nothing was too much for him and he was friendly and helpful throughout process.

Jack Rudge, you sales person, went out of his way to ensure prompt delivery of the new car. He even arranged to have delivery brought forward by a day. Regrettably, there was a significant delay (external causes) but he kept me informed throughout.

A good experience overall.Would have been a 5 but 3 things were frustrating.1.Trye inflation kit was not in the car boot upon delivery.2 Endless stream of e mails/documents to sign was a real turn off.3. No information provided about breakdown cover.

I was satisfied with the process to purchase the car and how quickly I was able to collect it - also due to the initial order being delayed to May a different car was sourced for me. However, the condition of the car was not acceptable (damage).

Everything went smoothly. We got the right car within faster expected period of time. There were no hiccups, or uncomfortable moments.. two test drives were arranged for our allaying any anxiety and we were given the right guidance.

Lack of updates during the 4 days my car was at the service centre. No text or email on Wed 20th that the car was ready to collect, so I was without it for 3 nights. Impossible to get through to a service consultant at Stewart's Road at any time

Friendly and responsive. Took an extra day longer due to my MOT request not being captured by the system. Pleased overall the service and MOT are both done. Tyre pressures not checked and alert pinged day after service saying low pressure.

We felt that the service advisor she was very rude unprofessional and was argumentative. When the car was dropped off we noticed the diagnostic cover was left in my centre console area at the front with a large hole to the right hand side.

Communication was very poor, the car stayed there for 2 weeks, nobody called me, when I called the phone rang out, the only way I could get in touch was to ring the main switchboard. They were apologetic and gave me a discount which was appreciated

Everything was good apart from the timing being slightly off - when they asked me what time I wanted the car back, I gave them plenty of time (dropped off at 9am, told them before 4pm preferably) and they called me to tell me car is ready at 4:30pmo

The work was carried out satisfactorily. I was informed my car was ready to be picked up so I arrived at the garage but was then made to wait 40 minutes because apparently there was no driver to deliver my car which made me late for my next meeting
