How long does it take to charge the BMW iX3?

What’s new inside the BMW iX3?
When you step into the new iX3, it’s a brand-new design. A completely new architecture. The key differences that you notice straight away is the operating system, the new BMW Panoramic iDrive that’s made up of three elements that comes as standard. There’s also an optional element of the 3D head up display.
How much boot space is there?
The BMW iX3 retains great practicality and boot capacity. So 520L with the seats up and 1750L with the seats folded, you can also get some additional storage at the front of the car.
At the front of the car, under the bonnet, there’s an additional 58L of storage space. This can be used for cables, which can get a bit mucky when they’ve been out when it’s been out charging the car in the rain, or for things like walking boots.
Is the new BMW iX3 a 4-wheel drive?
The BMW iX3 comes with xDrive – this is BMW’s intelligent all-wheel drive system. Also, adding to the driving dynamics is the new BMW Dynamic Performance Control, which is housed in the new central control unit of the car, which we like to refer to as the Heart of Joy.

*The BMW iX3 is a battery electric vehicle requiring mains electricity for charging. WLTP electric range for the new BMW iX3 model range: 421 miles to 500 miles. Whilst we recommend the battery is charged to 80% to help optimise the health and life of your battery, the electric range figure shown is the WLTP figure after the battery had been fully charged to 100%. Models shown are the BMW iX3 50 xDrive M Sport and BMW iX3 50 xDrive M Sport Pro with up to 492 miles range. WLTP figures are shown for comparability purpose. These figures may not reflect real life driving results.
**The range after 10 minutes High-Power-Charging was determined according to ISO12906 in the WLTP cycle. This, as well as the charging performance depend on vehicle equipment, the state of charge and health of the battery, battery temperature, individual driving profile, use of auxiliary users, ambient temperature, and the charging power provided at the charging station. High speed public charging stations are currently available in limited numbers in the UK; most found in high traffic areas such as motorway service stations. Use of AC charging stations for your regular charging and less frequent use of DC fast charging stations will help optimise the health and life of your battery.
