My car had a pop up message that brake pads needed replacement. I checked in online 2 days before the service date, also noting that brake pads needed replacement. Yet, the service centre did not have brake pads in store, they waited until next day

Terrible customer care. Very poor communication. Phones never answered, messages and emails never replied to. Very slow service by and repair times. And now no central London location.
