As I live a long way away it would've been preferable to have the vehicle delivered vs collection. It would be useful for a list of docs that will need to be signed to be provided at the beginning of the process.

Everything was great. Very smooth, easy, nothing unexpected. However, my friend got an umbrella as a gift and I didn't :) I was looking forward to keeping a BMW branded umbrella in my car.

I was very satisfied with who dealt with me not so much with how long it took to arrive
