It seems that there are so much paperwork that even the simplest thing takes a long time. You are not able to reprogram my key immediately so I had to lose my car for a whole day again. I had ordered a new Service book full-time. it was not ready .

It would have been 5 but the seats were moved around and not put back close to where they were when I dropped off the car. This might be ok for me but my mother had a major accident after this had happened to her when she couldn't hit the pedals

Like my answer above the car was only taken to BMW as it was in for a recall. I wouldn't choose to take it back to BMW as everything it about getting as much money out of us as possible. Even on a recall there was an element of trying to sell to us.

I received a call to collect my vehicle 10 minutes before the centre closed. This was not possible so I did not have a car for the remainder of the day. This could have been avoided if I was either called earlier or given a time to return.

10 out of 10, my factory recall for the drivers side airbag was replaced for me free of charge. I wasn't treated any differently even though my 3 Series is well over 10yrs old.

Service was great but the waiting room experience was frustrating. A man on a speaker phone spoke loudly the entire time (1.5 hours). I asked a BMW staff if they could say something to him but they suggested I move to Mini area- noise was the same.
