Video sent to me said all good but bill below actually said I needed £900 work done which could and should have been shown/mentioned in video. No one keen to explain issue and second opinion said work not needed. Very disappointing.

10 out of 10, my factory recall for the drivers side airbag was replaced for me free of charge. I wasn't treated any differently even though my 3 Series is well over 10yrs old.

I received a call to collect my vehicle 10 minutes before the centre closed. This was not possible so I did not have a car for the remainder of the day. This could have been avoided if I was either called earlier or given a time to return.

Unfortunately it had taken three visits to resolve the cosmetic issue . No issues with the workmanship or the customer service provided by the front facing Battersea staff .
