My car had a pop up message that brake pads needed replacement. I checked in online 2 days before the service date, also noting that brake pads needed replacement. Yet, the service centre did not have brake pads in store, they waited until next day

Terrible customer care. Very poor communication. Phones never answered, messages and emails never replied to. Very slow service by and repair times. And now no central London location.

Car repaired under warranty and returned very well valeted. See previous answer for low star rating here. Also, original appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice. I needed to hassle to get a timely new appointment.
