10 out of 10, my factory recall for the drivers side airbag was replaced for me free of charge. I wasn't treated any differently even though my 3 Series is well over 10yrs old.

I received a call to collect my vehicle 10 minutes before the centre closed. This was not possible so I did not have a car for the remainder of the day. This could have been avoided if I was either called earlier or given a time to return.

Service was great but the waiting room experience was frustrating. A man on a speaker phone spoke loudly the entire time (1.5 hours). I asked a BMW staff if they could say something to him but they suggested I move to Mini area- noise was the same.
